Bourbon Street on the Beach is an absolute VIBE! I stopped in for a pre-party dinner before heading to Winterfest of Lights (literally right across the street), and this spot did not disappoint. The ambiance was festive, the cover band was amazing, and the drinks were perfect—especially the Season Mule! The food? ... Outstanding. I normally don’t even eat oysters, but the char-broiled oysters were so good I ended up eating the entire plate. The cup of gumbo, jambalaya, and stuffed mushrooms with crabmeat were all seasoned beautifully and full of flavor. Every dish tasted fresh, rich, and authentically prepared. Both the hostess and our server were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. From start to finish, it was a whole vibe—great energy, great food, great service. We went for Happy Hour over the weekend. 4/18 and 4/19. Service was AMAZING from the hostess to the guy at the bar. ☺️ Sorry..didn’t get his name. Very attentive and pleasant even though they were busy. Our HH food was served hot and delicious, and our drinks were spot on too!
